BOPET Films:
- PET G ( High Shrink film) Product Development of PET G films on BOPET line and market it world wide . The parameters were established on BOPET line Conducted trials at various customers .Successfully commercialized in various Geographical areas.
- White Opaque PET films: Developed on BOPET line using TiO2 route and market is also established for various applications like Reprographics, Label stock etc .
- Film for Solar back sheet. Product and Market is developed in India and abroad. In one product it is new application development also . Development of Hydrolysis Resistance film for Solar back sheet and its commercialization.
- Digital printable Opaque PET film for HP Indigo , Xerox and other printing methods. This is a coated film . The product was established on line and on coating line and commercialized successfully in India and Abroad.
- UV printable PET film for carton lamination is developed both in plain and metallisable variety.
- Direct Extrusion Coatable BOPET Film.
- Development of High Shrink PET film for lidding application and extrusion coating application for European Market.
- Developed various Chemically treated films.
BOPP Films:
- Introduction of Thermal lamination film In India in 2004 in large scale, setting up plant and setting the best quality parameters in the world. Their marketing and regular sales was established to the tune of 1200 mt/month in average in 3-4 years time. Later on Participated in acquisition process of GBC.
- Starting of coated BOPP films, like PVDC coated , Acrylic coated, Coated label films , establishing on coating line and their commercialization and thereafter regular sales. It means in coordination with customers, R&D and production.
- Development of cavitated white film using organic filler for the first time in the continent.
- Development of Stiffner masterbatch.
- Coextrusion of polyethylene for the first time in the world on BOPP line.
- Introduction of Solid silicones in the BOPP film This is recognized by GE chemicals.
- Major application development in developing films for wrap around labels, films for soap wrap( brick pack) .
