• Develop special chemical coatings for BOPET, BOPP & CPP films. 
• New grades developed in BOPET film (bare & metalized)- Universal pet film used for various applications including Hot fill & Retort up to 135 degree C, super matt BOPET (haze level > 70 % in 12 micron), UV block, In-line Antifog PET, peal n seal BOPET (off-line), High barrier BOPET (OTR < 6 cc/m2/day), Metallized pet film OTR < 0.1 cc/m2/day, Soft velvet feel PET Film, LO PET & Solar Panel Back Sheet.
• BOPP Films coatings for treatment retention, adhesion promoter, barrier & soft / silky touch.

Quality Control / Quality Assurance 

• Establishing Quality Management Systems across various processes to reduce rejection levels and ensure high quality standards at all the stage of production.
• Taking adequate measures like maintaining necessary records and conducting audits to comply with set quality standards

Process Improvement 

• Designing and implementing systems, processes and procedures to facilitate smooth functioning of overall production operations and enhance operational efficiency. 
• Analysing various processes / applications and recommending process modifications and equipment calibrations to enhance operational efficiency. 

Customer Technical Support 

• Managing customer complaints, Technical support to customer for smooth operations.

KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS

- Exhaustive knowledge of manufacturing of a variety of polyester products namely 

• PET (DMT/PTA) Yarn Grade – Semi Dull, Dull, Semi Bright & Semi Dull Cationic. 
• PET Film Grade – Bright, Additive filled Chips, Chips for Matte Film, Ultra-Clear     Film, and Milky White & Heat Seal Film. 
• PET Bottle Grade – Base & SSP Chips. 
• New film developments like – Twist wrap, opaque white, embossable, transparent metalized pet, ultra-clear for window application. 
• BOPP Film grades – Chemical coated BOPP films, heat sealable (high seal), barrier film, pearlized plain & metallized -cube job, matt, glossy & high metal bond film. 

- Reduced waste % age. 

- Improved colour of polymer. 

- Increased Batch Size from 7.5 MT to 8.25 MT in PTA Route. 

- Use of effluent EG started in process without affecting quality. 

- Continuous SSP Plant. 

- Erection, Commissioning and Stabilization of new batch poly of 120 MT / day production.
